Quotes, Blueprints and Estimating Service:

We welcome the opportunity to provide you with a quote on your material list. We may even be able to make recommendations and suggestions on material that will perform better or represent a better value for you than those specified on your list. From your blueprints we can develop an estimated materials list and quote. Please visit our Plan Estimation page to upload your plan and let us know your estimating needs. 

Job Site Field Representatives:

Our outside sales staff is available to visit your job site to measure and verify window, door, moulding and stair sizes. They can prepare an interior package order that will make your job easier.

Special Orders:

We have over 80 years experience which enables us to locate those hard to find items. Some restrictions may apply with respect to minimum quantities, deposits and delivery times. Call, e-mail or fax one of our sales staff to discuss the product you are looking for or just stop in to the location nearest to you!

Pre-Hung Door Assembly Department:

Our door shop offers a variety of services and products. We can pre-hang most doors on a wide assortment of jamb sizes and materials. Change the entire look of a home by decorating with doors!

Windows:

We maintain specialists in several major window lines. We have the knowledge, experience, and skills to furnish your requirements cost effectively and within agreed upon time frames.

Trus-Joist-XPerts®:

We have an authorized Trus-Joist-XPert® on staff. Supply us with your architectural blueprint and we will provide a detailed Trus-Joist® plan for your structure.

Kitchens:

Provide us with room and opening dimensions and we'll provide you with a FREE computerized set of drawings; floor plans, elevations, perspectives and a bird's eye-view, available in color (upon request). We are an authorized Kraftmaid®, Aristokraft®, Merillat®, and Legacy® Cabinet dealer. Regularly offering discounts up to 40% OFF on Kitchen and Bath Cabinets. Be sure to ask about special manufacturer promotions that often offer higher discounts on select lines, free cabinet upgrades and promotional items.

Product Display Showrooms:

Visit your nearest Peter Lumber Company showroom for ideas and a close up look at available products.

Delivery:

We offer job site delivery on a fleet of trucks including tractor trailers, large flatbed Moffit, boom trucks, scissor lift, vans, pickups and other special purpose vehicles. Our goal is to deliver every order within the time frame we have stated to you, time after time, every time.

Our delivery service does it's best to meet the demands of what customers expect at time of deliver. Our Moffit delivery vehicles can place materials in a safe and easily accessible manner at your jobsite if conditions allow for the safe placement of those materials.

Our drivers will place weather sensitive materials in garages and 1st floor levels of homes on request. Otherwise, they will be left in a safe and secure manner at your home or jobsite to retrieve at your convenience.

Multiple "Job-Project" Billing:

We can set up your Peter Lumber Company Charge account with multiple "job-project" accounts. This will help you keep track of a particular job or project cost. Your monthly statement will list all job-project invoices separately along with a consolidated statement.

Returns/Material Pick Up Policy:

One of the services Peter Lumber provides is picking up material returns from your job site. Our goal is to load the returned material safely and efficiently. Your cooperation is vital to our success and will allow our delivery trucks to get back on the road so we can continue to make on time deliveries. 

All materials scheduled to be collected shall be in one location that is easily accessible by forklift, neatly stacked, separated by type, placed on blocking, and protected for easy pick up. This ensures the safety of our drivers and maintains the original condition of the materials.  Failure to comply can be subject to loss of credit for materials and service fees. 

Non-stock or special-order items may be subject to restock fees from suppliers or non-returnable. All Non-stock or special-order items must be returned in original unopened packaging, and returned in sellable condition.
